A specialist in litigation and company law, Maria Spyrou is an expert in Administrative, Company, Contract, Family, and Rent Control Law, as well as Probate, and Debt Recovery and Collection.

Representing clients in legal proceedings including, inter alia, in the District Court, the Supreme Court and the Administrative Court in Cyprus, Maria is experienced in the preparation of pleadings and other legal documents related to Court proceedings. She attends Court hearings and assists with legal research regarding the case law and legislation required for the preparation of court hearings.

Responsible for the incorporation and registration of Cyprus companies, Maria assists with various internal operations of companies: drafting the relevant documents submitted to the Department of Registrar of Companies and other authorities, and liaising with various governmental departments, including the Lands and Surveys Department, the Commissioner of Taxation and the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver.

Admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2017, Maria has been a member of the firm since November 2017.
